Tagore Matric Higher Secondary School was founded by the generous and noble hearted philanthropists of the SOUTHERN EDUCATIONAL AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY in the year 2012 with a strong intention of promoting rich education in the tender minds of the rural pupils. It located at Deviyakurichi, 15 Kms from Attur in the Eastern Direction on the Cuddalore main road. We have classes from L.K.G to IX STD.
SOUTHERN EDUCATIONAL AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY established in 1986. It started with Tagore Matric Higher Secondary School in the year 1986. At present Tagore Engineering College, Tagore College of Education, Tagore Matric Higher Secondary School, Tagore Higher Secondary School, and Tagore Public School.
Today, more than 7,000 students are gaining knowledge under its tutelage. Tagore is a name synonymous with quality of education provided by professionally trained and experienced faculty.
Keeping in view the ideals of Indian democracy and rich culture, Tagore Public School strives to provide a system of education most suited to the needs of our society today. We are providing diverse methods of teaching for different categories of students, opportunities for shouldering responsibilities in school life, constant participation in games and sports, a wide range of cultural and co-curricular activities lend meaning to our school life.
